Due to the greatly changed requirements, we urgently recommend that you consult with us or the relevant authorities in the respective federal state in advance to find out what is still possible today and what is not.
In general, however, it is almost impossible to register even younger vehicles (from 1993 onwards) from England or another EU country in Germany without a CoC document or earlier approvals, in particular emission certificates.
